Offence:

This section deals with the process of hearing before the Panel of the Disciplinary Board.

 

(7)   Where the Panel directs that a hearing or part of a hearing take place in private, a person (other than the Panel Chairperson, a member of the Panel or a member of the staff of the Disciplinary Board approved by the Panel) must not be present at the hearing unless he or she is entitled to be present by virtue of the direction or by virtue of subsection (6) [ASIC or APRA representatives, witness/defendant, (legal) representatives and a person with leave of the Panel] .
