Offence: |
(1) A person must not engage in behaviour that obstructs or hinders the Panel of the Disciplinary Board, or a member of the Panel, in the performance or exercise of the board’s powers or functions; or disrupt the hearing.
(2) A person must not contravene a direction under s. 216(5)(b) [directions re publication of evidence before the Panel or documents lodged]. |

(1) 3 months imprisonment.
(2) 30 Penalty units. |
