Observations

(1)   On application by ASIC, a court may make an adverse publicity order in relation to a person who bas been ordered to pay a pecuniary penalty order per s.12GBB, or who is guilty of an offence under 12GB.

(2)   The order requires a person to pay, at their expense, to have information disclosed in an advertisement in the way the court has ordered.
