Offences relating to decisions under this Act

The offences in this section of the Migration Act look at the issue of data storage and who has appropriate access to it. It also considers corrupt or fraudulent actions of others who could claim to be able to fix “problems” for others.

Another group of offences here look the attendance at the Tribunal and the required processes for giving evidence.
